Rooms are outdated with an unpleasant musty smell!!! Housekeeping lacks attention to detail, leaving old coffee cups and insufficient toilet paper needs!!! Sound insulation needs improvement. noisy upstairs guests disturbed our peace!!!

The outdoor hot tubs were relaxing after a long day.

We had a room upstairs with no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up and down was extremely inconvenient, and the staff offered no assistance. This lack of support made our stay very frustrating and disappointing.

we had a nice stay at mount robson inn. the location was perfect, really close to the mountains. the outdoor hot tubs were a fantastic way to unwind after a day of adventure. breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff was super polite and helpful. our room was cozy, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping.
